Olivier Poot has been appointed since February 2009 as Managing Director Belgium. In this position he oversees the Belgian activities of NorthgateArinso, managing 130 employees presenting net sales of 20 Million €.

Before becoming Managing Director, Olivier Poot was in charge of the Client Delivery, where he focused on the successful delivery of strategic projects, ranging from HR business consultancy over national large Integration projects to global international Outsourcing projects. He was also in charge of account management of the key Belgian customers.

Prior to joining NorthgateArinso in 2006, Olivier worked for OpenHR an innovative provider of web based HR self-service solutions. Within OpenHR, Olivier has managed for several years the product development team before moving to the service delivery as Manager of the key Belgian projects.
Olivier holds a Master degree in Computer Science from the UCL.
